6. Equipment & Facilities
Capture and Evolve strives to provide all listed equipment and facilities in working condition. However, availability may vary due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to substitute or remove equipment without prior notice when necessary.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

- The conduct of all guests, crew members, and participants attending the booking.
